The Fellowship places Masters and PhD students into paid 12-week roles at San Francisco AI companies. Housing, a 40-person cohort, weekly speakers and a demo day are included. Companies pay. Fellows never do.

A two-hour take-home (reproduce a result, ship a small model) and a technical interview with a senior engineer from a partner company. We accept roughly one in eight.
We shortlist you to the teams that fit your work. You interview, they interview, and you choose. Offers go out by mid-March.
Full-time at your company, on a real roadmap, using the AI tools your team builds with. Tuesday speaker series, Thursday open-problem nights with the cohort, and a demo day in front of every partner.
Engineering track. You're a Masters or PhD student in CS, ML, statistics or a nearby field. You can read a paper and turn it into code. You want a summer at a company where your work goes into production, not a slide.
Operator track. First-year MBAs who want product, go-to-market or chief-of-staff work at an AI company, not a bank. Same cohort, same houses, a ten-week summer.
You're hiring ML engineers against the big labs and operators against the banks. We bring you a shortlist ofgrad students and MBAs who've already cleared the bar, match what big tech offers on housing without you running a housing program, and run the cohort. A typical allocation is two engineers and one operator. You interview, choose, and pay only what's below.
per fellow, per month, for the three months. A private room in a cohort house, plus selection, matching, a structured program and the perks: gym, coworking, weekly dinners, social events and demo day.
per fellow, per month, for fellows who already live in SF. The same selection, matching, cohort and demo day, without the room.
of first-year base when you convert a fellow, $20k minimum, with a 90-day replacement guarantee. One hire covers the whole program.
Fellows live in San Francisco's hacker houses: private rooms, shared kitchens, coworking, and a calendar of demo nights you'll actually want to go to.

Alamo Square House, a Victorian 30 seconds from Alamo Square Park. Home to the first six fellows.
No. Companies pay for the program and housing. You're paid a salary by your company.
Yes. Selection is a take-home and an interview. We don't rank schools.
Then skip it. You're still in the cohort and every event.
You choose your company from your matches, so it's rare. If it happens, your program lead works it out with you in the first two weeks.
Mostly, in Cohort 01. A few partners are fintech and biotech companies building serious ML teams.
